FAQ

How long does shipping take?

Production typically takes 1-2 business days, after which the order is shipped with tracking and delivered in approximately 6-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Print on Canvas - Quality and Framing

Our canvas prints are produced as Giclée prints in museum quality on high-quality archival canvas made of poly-cotton blend fabric. The result is impressive colors, fine details, and a durable presentation of your favorite motifs.

Each canvas is hand-stretched onto a sturdy wooden stretcher frame and is particularly resistant to scratches and deformation. This ensures that your artwork remains in perfect condition for many years to come.

The floating frames for our canvases are made of 4 cm deep oak or solid hardwood.

This gives the picture the typical "floating" look in the frame and at the same time ensures stable, high-quality workmanship.

Print on paper - Quality and framing

Our art prints are produced on high-quality 230g/m2 archival paper with a matte, textured surface. The exquisite paper ensures detailed reproduction, natural colors, and a timeless, premium aesthetic.

For a particularly elegant gallery look, the print can be complemented with a passe-partout. This stylishly highlights the motif and provides a professional presentation.

Upon request, your artwork can be framed in a handmade Italian wooden frame with high-quality acrylic glass. This creates a durable, modern wall art piece that perfectly complements your home, office, and feel-good spaces.

When framed, protected by high-quality, lightweight, and shatterproof acrylic glass

What does museum quality mean?

"Museum quality" describes a particularly high standard in art printing. The focus here is on color accuracy, detail, and longevity. The prints are produced with high-resolution inkjet printers, pigment-based inks, and archival-grade materials to come as close as possible to the original and to hardly fade for decades. This standard is also used by galleries, museums, and professional artists.

What is premium archival paper?

Premium Archival Paper is a high-quality art printing paper developed for particularly durable and stable prints. It has a weight of approximately 230 gsm and a textured, matte surface that adds depth to the image without losing sharpness. The paper is archival-grade, meaning it is designed for long-lasting preservation and a timeless presentation of art prints.
